RETURNS POLICY
At Digby Dog, we hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please inform us of your intention to return the goods by emailing us at hello@bramleyproducts.co.uk. All items must be unused, in perfect condition for resale, and accompanied by a valid order reference. If you are returning items simply because they are unwanted or no longer required, you will be responsible for covering the return postage costs. You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it for orders over £42. For orders valued at £42 or less, you may return them within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period for orders over £42, allowing you to cancel your purchase. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. These regulations ensure that we will refund the cost of the item(s) and the original despatch charge. Please note, Digby Dog is not responsible for covering the costs of returning the items.
Discounts and Offers
If your order qualified for a free gift and you are returning part or all of the order, the free gift must also be returned to process the refund.
For orders where a discount has been applied, if the return reduces the order value below the discount threshold, the discount will no longer apply. The discounted products must either be returned or will be charged at full retail price. This also applies to free delivery offers. Faulty or damaged items are exempt from this policy.

You are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We recommend using a secure delivery method that requires a signature, such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery). Please ensure returned goods are safely stored, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged while in your care.
Arranging a Refund
Once we receive your returned items, if applicable, a refund will be issued for the full value of your purchase. The refund will be credited to the card used for the original transaction.
Defects, Incomplete Orders, or Incorrect Delivery
If you are returning goods due to defects, incomplete orders, or incorrect delivery, we will refund both the price paid for the items (including the initial delivery charge) and the cost of returning the goods via recorded delivery. Please retain your postage receipt to allow us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
